According to witnesses, the man told the little girl's mother, "If you don’t shut that baby up, I will shut her up for you."

I knew it was going to be hard to top the koi pond incident (and those Halloween costumes), but I was glad to see this week's The Office return to the storyline with new paramours Michael and Helene. When I first heard about doga classes (yoga with your dog), I thought it was too bizarre to catch on, but it seems that classes are cropping up all over the place. Some people feel that it's a slap in the face to this ancient tradition, while others believe doga makes perfect sense since it coincides with yogic principles that encourage living in harmony with all living beings. Classes aren't just about doing Downward Facing Dog while your dog sleeps on your mat.

It should go without saying that the desire to look your best in a photograph is innate, but to what extent does a little retouching here and softening there constitute as too much? That's just what members of the British Parliament are asking, particularly after a heavily retouched image of Twiggy, the face of Olay Definity, surfaced. Interestingly, the majority of you said you do or would Photoshop yourself to look better.

Spring brings about a new set of cooties and concerns for parents of preschoolers. In addition to tree and pollen allergies, mamas need to be on the lookout for Fifth disease. A contagious virus, Fifth disease typically takes its form as a rash on a child's face – often referred to as a "slapped-cheek" rash – as well as a lacy-looking rash on the body's trunk and limbs accompanied by a low-grade fever.
