Taylor Swift pulled double duty for Saturday Night Live this weekend as both the host and musical guest. After her cute musical monologue (where she called out Kanye and Taylor Lautner), Swift did her best Bella Swan in a Twilight spoof and poked fun at celebs like Kate Gosselin and Shakira. When the show was over, Swift did a quick backstage interview with Jason Sudeikis. The jokes didn't end with the show - check out the video below where they recap her favorite moments and show a few bloopers from rehearsal.

Should Taylor Swift Address Kanye's VMA Antics on SNL?

Taylor Swift is lined up to host Saturday Night Live on November 7, and she's apparently entertaining the idea of addressing Kanye West's interrupting her at this year's MTV VMAs. She said, "I've been thinking about skit ideas for a long time. . . There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits." She's taken the high road so far when it comes to her reaction to Kanye, but tell us what you think - should Taylor address Kanye's VMA antics?

Ryan Reynolds is scheduled to host Saturday Night Live this weekend, and he just released a promo video to get us excited. You guys weren't too thrilled about Megan Fox's turn last week, though it was interesting to see Brian Austin Green make a cameo. Bringing out a significant other is apparently all the rage for SNL hosts these days, especially after JT and Jessica Biel's guest spot last year. Ryan and Scarlett do seem to be getting more comfortable stepping out together, so we're wondering - do you think Scarlett will make a cameo?

SNL News: Jenny Slate Swears Herself In, Darrell Hammond May Be Out

New cast member Jenny Slate went from virtual unknown to Internet phenomenon on her first-ever episode of Saturday Night Live over the weekend. She dropped a now infamous "F-Bomb" during a biker-chick sketch that had her saying "freaking" about 50 times - you can barely blame her, it's a pretty easy slip, especially for someone new to live TV. Blogs immediately jumped to Slate's defense, but apparently the alarm was unnecessary. She's not getting fired, there won't be a fine since it was after 10 p.m., and Lorne Michaels supposedly isn't upset. Plus, I'd be willing to bet Miss Slate won't be making that mistake again.

In other SNL news, the show's longest running cast member's name - Darrell Hammond - was missing from the opening credits Saturday night. As recently as last week a rep for the show said he would be back in some capacity, but despite his appearance on Thursday's Weekend Update, he wasn't in any of the skits on Saturday. He's been on the show for 14 seasons and accounts for some of the cornerstone imitations - Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, and my personal favorite, Sean Connery. Between the loss of Hammond and no more Tina Fey as Sarah Palin or Amy Poehler as Hillary Clinton, there's a bit of a gaping hole in SNL's political satire.

So, what did you think of the season opener? There are some exciting hosts coming our way, but the premiere was a bit lackluster for me. Do you think Jenny Slate should face any sort of punishment for her slip up, or is it all much ado about nothing?
