I don't have a pet, so I never thought about this until I was dogsitting for my friend. I know it's bizarre, but I thought to myself, "Wow, I wonder if she has sex with her pooch in the room?" It totally reminded me of that scene in Best in Show, where that couple takes their dog to a therapist because Beatrice, their Weimaraner, started showing signs of depression after seeing her owners having sex.

- In February 2007, the FDA approved adalimumab (Humira) for treatment of adult patients with moderate-to-severe Crohn’s disease. Adalimumab and infliximab (Remicade) are now the two biologic drugs approved for Crohn’s disease. Infliximab is approved for treating both adults and children.
- As of August 2007, the FDA was considering approving natalizumab (Tysabri) for moderate-to-severe Crohn’s disease in patients who have not responded to, or cannot tolerate, other therapies.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors
Primary or acute HIV infection is a condition that occurs 2 - 4 weeks after infection with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The virus is spread by:
- Breastfeeding (rarely)
- Contaminated blood transfusions and blood products
- Intravenous (IV) drug use with contaminated needles and syringes
- Passing through the placenta from the mother to the fetus
- Sexual contact
After someone is infected with HIV, tests can detect antibodies to the virus in the blood.
