Dear Sugar,
My fiance and I are having some issues in the bedroom. We always agreed to be open and honest about sex since we both want to be equally satisfied, and he recently shared a fantasy with me regarding bringing another woman into bed with us. I know this is a common fantasy men have, but at this point, I don't feel comfortable going along with it.

Dear Sugar--
So I have a rather bizarre and somewhat embarrassing dilemma. I've been with my current boyfriend for 6 months and we get along so well. We spend all our free time together, and we talk openly about how much we love each other and want to get married someday.

American Melanie Oudin has been christened with the nickname "Little Miss Upset" and this is not because of whiny antics on the court.
The nickname is inspired by Oudin's unexpected wins. The unseeded 17-year-old beat champion Maria Sharapova earlier last week as well as many seeded players, most recently Nadia Petrova in three sets.

When it comes to the Thanksgiving table, how you dress it is often as important to the hostess as what food sits upon it. Over the years, I've seen family members fuss over table settings, switching out placemats, rethinking china sets, and shifting floral arrangements.
I admit that I'm known to fuss over my Thanksgiving table as well.

I found the news that only 14 percent of the adult population in the US eats at least five servings of fruits and veggies depressing. I know there are days where I fall short too, but I am striving for five servings daily.
One way I have started to incorporate a serving of greens into my day is to place them on top of an open-faced sandwich.

In between chopping veggies and doing the dishes, it's nice to take a break and stretch while in the kitchen. After doing the Counter Shoulder Stretch, give this hip opener a try. If you hold it for a while, you'll also be working your glutes and quads.
