Kate Moss had a very busy week stateside. She was in New York to open the first American Topshop store, and visited the new shopping haven several times in the build up to talk about her new collection and to show press around with "Uncle Phil". Kate knew that paparazzi would be following her every move so used each occasion to promote her new Spring line and also changed her outfit several times a day!
