Whatever your opinion of Nadya Suleman's decision to carry eight babies at once, most can agree that her quick slim-down is rather astonishing. When her octuplets were born nine months ago, Nadya weighed 270 pounds. In the latest issue of Us Weekly, she admitted she packed on the pounds by "eating everything in sight."

One would think, especially with so many children, Nadya Suleman would be a safety pro and abide by California law by using a Bluetooth device or a hands free cell phone earpiece while operating a motor vehicle.
Sadly, this wasn't the case when the famous mother of fourteen was caught yesterday gabbing on her cell phone while driving by police. The Hands Free Law — which kicked into effect last July — is intended to make drivers more aware while driving — and therefore decreasing traffic accidents.

If celeb moms like Tori Spelling and Nicole Richie can design their own lines of baby and maternity clothes, why can't Nadya Suleman, the woman who gave birth to eight babies via IVF earlier this year? According to the US Patent and Trademark Office, Suleman's attorneys filed two applications to trademark her media-given moniker, Octomom, and giving permission "to use my nickname as Trademark or Servicemark." The papers state that Suleman intends to place the name on a line of dresses, pants, shirts and diapers.

Nadya Suleman isn't going away anytime soon. The mother of 14, who already has the tabloid-ready nickname "Octomom," is in talks for a reality show to be broadcast either on TV or online, according to In Touch Weekly.
While America already has Jon & Kate Plus 8 and 17 Kids and Counting, Nadya's show has a new twist: it will be about parenting and the single mom's quest for love.

While Nadya Suleman's decision to have so many children is controversial, the welfare of her octuplets as well as her six older kids had much of the public worried. The mama of 14 recently announced on the Dr. Phil Show that she will be accepting round-the-clock help from Angels in Waiting, a nonprofit charitable organization.

Alexander McQueen model and Nadya "Octomommy" Suleman imitator. Man, I knew fashion designers were in touch with the zeitgeist, but that's lightning fast, Alexander! Good job.

More and more we see the news about the miraculous births of high level multiples splashed across our television screens. From our favorite Gosselin sextuplets to the more controversial Suleman octuplets, the first thing any fellow mama wonders is how in the world these women carried so many babies? Singular and twin pregnancies are quite the stretch so the human body adjusts to accommodate all these kids.

Nadya Suleman can't get a break. First Dr. Phil slammed her on television (not surprising) but now even Larry Flynt, porno king/publisher of Hustler magazine, one of the sleazier skin mags out there, disses her big time!

California may be all right with Nadya Suleman having octuplets, but one state senator says such a thing shouldn't happen in the great state of Georgia.
Republican Sen. Ralph Hudgens has introduced a bill that would limit women under 40 to two embryos and women over 40 to three.
