Some time after my daughter turned two, she started caring about clothing. After realizing she could choose her own wardrobe, my mini Rachel Zoe started offering me her fashion advice. Since I've been spending my fair share of time in doctor's offices lately, I've picked up a few parenting tips. Mothers the world over call their children prince and princess as a term of endearment and entitlement. While the toy stores and costume shops are filled with plastic versions, why not give your child the chance to play their royal part with a beautiful, handmade crown from My Cakies?

As much as we would all love to have a never-ending orchard of money trees in our backyards, let's face it - sometimes we just have to do things on a budget. I have a little proposition for you: you're going to an event for which you have to dress up, but you only have $150 to spend on the outfit.
I'll start your ensemble off with these Xhilaration Multi Shell Chandelier Earrings, $8.99; they are way cute, inexpensive, and they're white, so they go with almost anything!
