As the weather gets a little chillier, you may not need an entire jacket to keep you warm. But you may need more than a sweatshirt vest. That's the beauty of a down vest; it keeps your torso warm and your arms free.

Being depressed or upset about breaking up with your boyfriend or getting in a fight with your best friend is a totally normal response. We all feel sad sometimes, or have short periods of time when we're in a funk, but being clinically depressed is completely different.
This serious medical condition can make a person feel upset for no reason, or it can be triggered by an event, such as losing a loved one.

I have a lot of wonderful memories of camping with my family as a kid. There was nothing like the feeling of snuggling into your sleeping bag inside your tent after a night of roasting marshmallows by the campfire. Back then I had this huge, thick sleeping bag made out of flannel and a whole lot of stuffing - it was like a comforter with a zipper.

This weekend I'll be heading to the Treasure Island Music Festival for two days of music just outside of San Francisco. The awesome lineup includes MGMT, The Flaming Lips, The Decemberists, and Yo La Tengo just to name a few. I'm also excited to see Thao With the Get Down Stay Down, whose front-runner rocks out on her guitar to catchy, upbeat tunes that always make for a fun live show.

The post-workout cool down is just as important as the pre-workout warm up, but many of us skip it — especially if we are short on time. Read the following five things and hopefully they will inspire you to make the time.
Cool down by walking or jogging for five to ten minutes.

Overeating...it is an easy thing to do. We all do it and it leaves us with a bellyache or a sense of guilt (if you're trying to lose a few pounds). Since it takes 20 minutes after you start eating to register feelings of fullness, slowing down while eating is a great way to avoid eating more than you need.
