Bono is such a great person, using his influence for the good of others. very noble indeed!

i love everything about Bono. he ooozzzzes sex. i was never much interested until i heard "ultraviolet" off the album actung baby. it is amazing and the words he writes made me fall in love

i just came back from dublin, and we took a train out to his area and saw his house and what not. every person from the hotel people to the cab driver to the guy in the grocery where we
bought water (he lives on a realllly steep road) spoke of him like he was just one of the neighbors. it was beautiful.
Bono is hot and his humanitarian work is really great. I don't think Elton John and Pete Doherty should be on this list. Elton is great and I love his music but he hasn't really contributed
to MTV and neither has Pete. I guess crackheads need love too or Kate Moss is doing someone at the MTV studios:)
Whats the influence of Pete Doherty? Is there anythin besides her drug-career? To watch someone who ruins himself, I don´t have to I haven´t revert to Pete Doherty.
Bono is a douch bag! Hate his hollier than thou attitude. Yes he does good humanitarian work and I applaud him for it But he is for ever tooting his own horn and I dislike him intensely.
His music is so overrated and I dont understand why people make a big deal of it. Since Achtung all his music sounds exactly alike. Its what I call FORMULA music. He has a formula he sticks
to and does not innovate

I don't understand though, influential in what way, because I honestly couldn't tell you the first or last time Beyonce influenced me to do something, other than to not buy any of the clothes

Bono's hot, U2 is a great band that is actually respected for its ability to ALWAYS change things up, and I greatly admire his concern for the plight of others. I know a lot of people have a
kneejerk reaction to celebrities who do something that they feel is "out of their realm" (a la Angelina Jolie), but I can't fathom what could possibly be wrong with using your influence and
money for something good. I find it sad that celebrities get faulted for acting on their beliefs and opinions. Maybe it's because most celebrities have beliefs/opinions that conflict with
those of the majority of Americans (*cough*). Oh well.
