Folk-country crooner Lucinda Williams has been wandering around the music scene for more than a decade. But most recently, it was her 2006 album, Car Wheels on a Gravel Road, that really put Williams on the map. Last night on the American Music Awards, Adam Lambert gyrated along dancers dressed in S&M inspired costumes. At one point, the American Idol alum pulled a dancer's face toward his crotch. Of course, not everyone was entertained — the spectacle was edited from the West Coast broadcast.

New Moon cleaned up at the weekend box office, so naturally Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson let off a little steam after their many weeks of travel promoting the film. Russell Brand and Katy Perry looked happy together as they went out on a date in LA yesterday. The cute couple headed to the cinema to catch a film, Russell's arm was wrapped around Katy's shoulders as they walked together, and she looked super happy as they shared a joke inside the building! Katy's West Ham basque at the MTV EMAs this year has certainly made an impression — she sported the outfit in honour of Russell's support of the team, and now they're going to sell a limited edition run of replicas!
