The annual running of the bulls kicked off in Pamplona, Spain yesterday and so far one Irish tourist has been killed. Despite the risk of death and injury, thousands of people let bulls chase them for over 800 meters on the way to the bullfight arena.
While human injury upsets everyone, some animal rights activists get particularly upset about how the traditions entails "torturing and killing a defenseless animal."

A naked person might make you either look twice or cover your eyes; but activists in Spain hope it will persuade you to join their cause against bull fighting. Over the weekend, anti-bull fighting demonstrators in Madrid dressed themselves up in not much more than fake blood. They were trying to raise awareness about the animal cruelty involved with bullfighting.

The first time a person lays eyes on the Grand Tetons outside the town of Jackson, WY, it takes one's breath away — even a tot's. Nestled between mountains and national parks, the Jackson airport does not serve every major airline, but can be reached through other large hubs. Once there renting a car is a breeze and a must if one intends on taking advantage of all the area has to offer.

Lyme Disease Rates Double in Past 15 Years
The annual number of people newly infected with Lyme disease has doubled from around 10,000 cases per year in the early 1990s to about 20,000 cases per year now. Improved diagnosis and reporting probably contribute to this increase. In the United States, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania have reported the highest number of Lyme disease cases in recent years.
