Betcha ten bucks that the Eliot Spitzer sex scandal has been turned into a three-part television saga that's already in its tenth day of production. Conan has a number of casting recommendations, but . . . that many animals on the same set seems disastrous to me. For the sake of accuracy, however, the zoo is inevitable.

From O.J. to Clinton to "Dubya" to Wacko Jacko, Leno is somehow able to finesse the most candid and incriminating answers out of his interviewees. Might there be any crafty editing at play here? Nah.

There's talk that Hillary or Condoleeza might run for president. Surely, the thought has crossed all our minds: could it be possible? What if a woman were given the opportunity to call the shots around here- would less shots be fired? Would there be more discussion? Would there be a new job opening for a presidential pedicurist? I don't know, but if she were to look anything like these past, present, and potential presidents in drag, then- all party politics aside- she wouldn't have a tough time getting the male vote. (Unless, of course, she looked anything like a tattooed Jimmy Carter- grrr...)

Would You Pay to Attend a Spin Class with Bill Clinton?

If you think you spend a lot on your spin classes at the gym, listen to this...

ABC News is reporting that about 45 people (the majority of them women) paid $2300/each for the chance to sit on a stationary bike and meet former President of the United States, Bill Clinton. At this fundraiser for his wife's Presidential campaign, Clinton told stories and took questions for about 30 minutes. Since this was supposed to be an opportunity to talk about health care, most of the discussion centered on Hillary Clinton's proposals to expand coverage and the importance of preventative care and exercise.

Ironically Clinton did not even workout with the group. He showed up in a suit and mentioned that he had already worked out. I think it would have been a lot more interesting to see the former President sweating away during the spin class, but that is just me. I do, however, like that we are starting to see a focus on fitness in politics. Though $2300 is a bit steep.

I am curious what you guys think on this -- Would you pay $2300 to attend a spinning class where Bill Clinton is appearing?

Obama, Bush, and Ex-Presidents Have Historic Lunch

President-elect Barack Obama, President Bush, Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton (that's all of the surviving past presidents) met up for lunch at the White House today in a historic gathering. Collectively the bunch has more than 30 years of presidential experience. Bush, who sat down with Obama recently, said:

One message that I have, and I think we all share, is that we want you to succeed. Whether we're Democrat or Republican, we care deeply about this country.

Obama said he was grateful for the opportunity to get "advice, good counsel and fellowship" from the group. A White House spokeswoman said the last time all of the living presidents got together at the White House was in 1981. Apparently, all five men, including Clinton and Carter, who are not exactly friendly with one another, were on their best behavior and put aside differences for the day. Women Worry That Obama Is Throwing Them Under the Bus

Back in January, feminist magazine Ms. hailed Barack Obama as a super feminist. But the president's recent tepid response to protecting abortion rights might mean that the love affair with Obama is about to end for many women. Over at the Daily Beast, women's rights activist Amy Siskind argues that the Stupak amendment, which treats women's rights as a political bargaining chip that can be traded for healthcare reform, is just one more example of how Obama couldn't care less about women . . . except when he's trying to win their votes of course. She writes:

He appointed fewer women into his cabinet than President Bill Clinton. He surrounded himself with czars, more than 90 percent of whom are male. He appointed Larry Summers, of "girls are inferior in math and science" fame, to a key economic post. He played basketball, golfed and fished with men and men only. He had beers with Skip Gates, but ignored it when Rihanna was almost strangled to death. And so on.

Of course it's not all bad. Ms. released a report chronicling the giant strides Obama made for women during his first 100 days in office. These actions included: signing the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, instituting a new ambassador-at-large for global women's issues, establishing the White House Council on Women and Girls, and overturning the "global gag rule" in order to re-fund global family planning organizations.

Rihanna Leads the Way With Amazing Women For Glamour

Rihanna stole the show in her dramatic white dress as she and her fellow honorees took the red carpet at last night's Glamour Women of the Year celebration in NYC. Carnegie Hall was brimming with beautiful ladies from Iman to Maria Shriver and Diane von Furstenberg. Catherine Zeta-Jones stood out in blue and had Michael Douglas by her side for support. Rih was just one of a handful of women who were chosen by the magazine, but all eyes were on her - and most of you are loving the look, just the latest in her fashion metamorphosis!

Padma Lakshmi showed off her growing baby bump while one of the evening's honorees Stella McCartney smiled big with her award up on stage where she also had some trouble with her super short skirt. Amy Poehler and Michelle Obama were two of the magazine's other women of the year, though the First Lady didn't attend the event since she was with her husband President Barack Obama visiting with families at Fort Hood. The night was full of inspirational and important females who spoke and mingled, celebrating each other and Glamour's picks. Rihanna has come out strong opening up about her difficult year and what all this means to her – check out Rih's heartfelt speech after the jump.
