We could have posted Heidi Montag's new vid for her single "Higher" in its original, untouched form. And we wouldn't have had to say much of anything about it, as the hilarity of the presentation — from the douche-ass camera job to the roll-around-in-the-sand choreography — is painstakingly obvious. But this BWE Bubble-Up Video version came along and methinks it improves upon the original, which isn't hard to do, but it makes Heidi here a little easier to swallow.

90210 vs. Melrose Place: Which Was More Scandalous?
This week's 90210 and Melrose Place combo don't have a ton of shocking moments, but it's obvious both shows are gearing up for major stuff to go down. (Like a drug bust, murder arrest, and Heather Locklear, for instance?!) We do, however, get some nice moments between the characters. Teddy, for one, is acting like an angel — although I can't tell if it's sincere, because I've made it a rule not to trust a guy who ties sweaters over his shoulders.

Spike Jonze is the man today. After Where the Wild Things Are took the top box office spot over the weekend, the Internet is also buzzing with this new short film he made with Kanye West. I'm on a bit of a Jonze kick myself, so I was excited to check it out — especially since I liked their combined efforts on West's video for "Flashing Lights."
New App Lets You See the World in a Whole New Way
Obviously, I'm all about apps. Apps that help me take better photos, look better, and even find a cab in New York (it's possible). So if I had an app that turned my phone into a virtual Looking Glass — that let me see anything from apartments for rent to how high a building is just by holding up my phone to the horizon — I'd be all over it.
