Elle magazine hosted its annual Women in Hollywood Tribute at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills last night, and gorgeous British women rubbed shoulders with their American counterparts. Cat Deeley kept it classic in an LBD and L'Oreal Paris Legend Award recipient Julie Andrews was elegant in her black floor-length frock. All five November cover stars were in attendance, with Renee Zellweger dazzling in bright red, Emily Blunt cute in a nude number and Katie Holmes daring in a sheer black outfit alongside fellow cover stars Julianne Moore and Zoe Saldana.

After last week's wedding extravaganza on The Office, we come back to a Dunder Mifflin minus Jim and Pam. With the two lovebirds on their honeymoon, the focus shifts to Michael, who once again gets himself into a pickle with a guy — who he thinks — is affiliated with the mafia. I always love Andy, Dwight, and Michael banter, and this week's episode is full of it.

I thought my crush on Rich from Fourfour could not get any deeper, but the man keeps proving me wrong. (Yes, I know he's gay and partnered, but I challenge you to not adore the guy. Impossible.) Most kitties are not lining up to take a car ride like the cutely curious cat pictured. Leaving the house way less frequently than canine counterparts, home is definitely where their hearts stay.Relocating with a pet that hates cars is not easy but I've never stopped to consider the litter problem for trips including several days of driving. In a Love It or Hate It poll, I asked for your opinion on the sets of the HBO movie Grey Gardens. You overwhelmingly loved them, just as I did. The film, which focuses on "Big Edie" (played by Jessica Lange) and "Little Edie" Bouvier Beale (played by Drew Barrymore), and their home, Grey Gardens, is currently playing on HBO, and the DVD will be available in July.

You've already seen the men of this year's Geeks We Love series, and now it's time to mix it up with a girl-crush: Elaine Chow of Gizmodo.
A gadget girl living in and writing from China, Elaine is set apart by geography and gender, as most of the Giz staff is male. Check out what she has to say about that, as well as a valuable dating/technology lesson she learned in my interview with her.

So you all know I've been over Ray-Ban Wayfarers for years now. However, we all agree colored sunnies are super cute. These Betsey Johnson Leopard Sunglasses ($55) are defined as cats eye (my favorite sunglass shape), though they look a bit Wayfarer in shape.

Those of us who live with pets struggle to varying degrees with how to keep our homes clean, organized, and pretty, even with a 60-pound dog underfoot or a kitty who likes to use your favorite chaise lounge as a scratching post. So for last weekend's Open House, I asked readers to share your secrets for living happily, healthfully, and beautifully with pets in your home.
Not only did you guys give me some great ideas, but you're also inspiring me to rethink my current practice of not crating my dog.
