Most everyone I know loves reading horoscopes, though some people take them more seriously than others. Sometimes, the predictions and star-sign characteristics can be eerily accurate, but do you buy into the idea of astrological compatibility? I have one friend who, whenever she starts dating someone new, rushes over Astrology.com or somewhere to run a romantic compatibility report.

It was great news when we learned that sex can reduce stress, but it turns out there's no need to get naked in order to ease your mind or your troubles — recent research shows that kissing is also a stress-reliever. When couples were asked to smooch for 15 minutes, there was a decrease in levels of the stress hormone, cortisol. Other couples who were asked to just hold hands, also had a decrease in cortisol, but kissing was much more effective.

I used to read my horoscope daily, without fail. But these days, I barely have time to read the paper, let alone delve into what the stars have in store for me. So it's a total guilty pleasure to read my horoscope on DearSugar first thing in the morning, and now I can get North's horoscope from Animal Planet!

I am constantly reading my horoscope to see where my future lies in my everyday life, however they never really go into things about fitness. This is odd to me because fitness is a big part of my everyday life. So you can imagine how thrilled I was to see that the super smart folks over at SparkPeople have come up with this genius list of Healthy Fitness Horoscopes:

"What's your sign?" This might be the most direct way to find out a person's astrological sign, but often the curiosity is disguised by less ugh-inducing words. "When's your birthday?"
