The cast of Mad Men was out in LA last night to premiere their third season, which starts on Aug. 16. Jon Hamm looked dapper in his Tom Ford suit posing with costar John Slattery, as January Jones smiled in blue and Christina Hendricks struck a pose solo.

On the left: Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, John McCain's new running mate. On the right: Tina Fey, comedienne extraordinaire. Anyone else see the resemblance?

Steven Conrad, the writer/director of The Promotion, could have gone in a couple of different directions with his film, which centers on two guys battling for a job at a Chicago chain grocery store. He could have traipsed through the well-worn but awfully funny territory of office humor, replete with annoying coworkers and pesky in-jokes. Or he could have gone a bit deeper, meditating on success and what it means to be good.

Ever since There Will Be Blood hit theaters last year, "I Drink Your Milkshake" references have been all the rage. But I have to give Saturday Night Live credit for the parody they served up on Saturday night that envisions the now-classic line as the basis for a Food Network show that finds Daniel Plainview criss-crossing the country in search of the perfect milkshake. (Might I suggest he try this recipe from Yum?)
Bill Hader does an eerily spot-on impression of the now-Oscar-winning Daniel Day-Lewis, and Fred Armisen makes an appearance as No Country for Old Men's Anton Chigurh, complete with deadly air tank and Javier Bardem pageboy.

Ryan Reynolds looked hot in his vest and jeans leaving SNL after hosting this Saturday's episode in NYC. He was the host you were most excited to see and his wife Scarlett Johansson ended up popping in for a surprise cameo. The notoriously private couple performed a skit with Fred Armisen, and it was especially sweet when Ryan called her "incredible" and the two shared a high five at the end of the show — video after the jump.

Regardless of what they think about his policies, a lot of Americans agree that President Obama might be the nation's first hip president. While some think his style is elusive and hard to define, I've narrowed down 10 things that make Barack Obama cooler than other commanders in chief.
Here's my list:
He's addicted to tech: He refused to give up his BlackBerry becoming the first emailing president.
