Elizabeth Edwards has hit the talk show circuit to promote her new book Resilience and to explain why she didn't leave her unfaithful husband John. On the Today Show this morning, she said of her husband's infidelity: "He made this one mistake."
Elizabeth isn't the only wife to stick by her cheating politician after he made her suffer public embarrassment.

Reformed call girl Ashley "Kristen" Dupré has finally opened up about her experience with "Client No. 9," or as you may know him, former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer. While involvement with an illegal prostitution ring didn't result in any federal charges for the governor with a tough-on-crime reputation, it did cost Spitzer his job.

- Rihanna passed out on stage during her concert in Sydney earlier today. She was performing "Umbrella" with Chris Brown when she fainted and was led to paramedics and so far no update has been given on her condition.

Luckily, my babe is still too young to ask uncomfortable questions that I am ill equipped to answer. It seems that some parents have figured out a way to handle sticky issues, even as bad as the Eliot Spitzer sex scandal. Have a look (and a laugh) at the eloquent princess below.

Who has time to read the paper or tune into the news to learn the trifling deets of some former governor's sex life? Luckily, this 3-year-old princess can break the story down in a minute flat. She may dig pretty pink gowns, but she's not gonna skirt the salient details.
