The Wallachian Kingdom shows up on tourist maps in the south-east corner of Moravia, which is part of the Czech Republic.

Did you know that there are currently 1.6 billion overweight adults in the world?
Forget all this small city talk, the World Health Organization (WHO) ranks the countries with the greatest percentage of overweight people of its adult population (ages 15+).
The United States used to take the cake (no pun intended) on this list but experts say it is not surprising that people across the globe are increasingly becoming overweight.

It's been a long time since I first spoke with Hana Soukupová, the Czech model who's one of the most in-demand people. While backstage at the Victoria's Secret fashion show, I had a few seconds to talk beauty with her (and of course, Fab got her fashion thoughts).
Even though Hana is about to turn 23, she looks like she could pass for 14.

David Beckham brought out those super cute sons of his to watch the friendly match between England and the Czech Republic at Wembley Stadium in London yesterday. The new report by Transparency International found that in two-fifths of the world's nations, corruption continues to intensify — a trend that can be traced to economic realities. In the countries found to be the most corrupt, 40 percent are classified by the World Bank as low income.

Lovely Kylie Minogue rocked another laid-back outfit as she enjoyed a meal at luxury restaurant Kampa Park in Prague yesterday. She's moving on from the Czech Republic to Austria as she takes her KYLIEX2008 show to Vienna this evening, but Kylie can rest easy that her presence is still felt in the UK while she's busy touring — Pop Idol winner Michelle McManus will be performing "Better the Devil You Know" at Blackpool Pride on Saturday. Michelle said she won't be wearing the gold hotpants though and I don't blame her — I wouldn't have the guts (or the bum) either!

You may think that you live in a pretty healthy country, but do you really?
Forbes.com has done some research by examining statistics per country such as pollution, the percentage of a country's population with access to improved drinking water and sanitation, infant mortality rates, the rate of prevalence of tuberculosis, the density of physicians per 1,000 people, undernourishment rates, and healthy life expectancy for men at birth to find how countries rank, healthwise. From all that they compiled a list of the World's healthiest countries.
