Sometimes, when the news is all about the Craigslist Killer and Swine Flu, a story involving a 6-pound Chihuahua named Tinker Bell, 70-mile-an-hour winds, and pet psychics is just what the doctor ordered. And, of course, there's a happy ending!
The Utleys of Waterford Township, MI had set up a booth at a flea market when Tinker Bell, who had been standing on top of it, just flew away like a flimsy piece of paper.

You may recognize lil Dancer here, he's been all over the news in his short life – and, sadly, the pooch passed away yesterday at the young age of two.
He was up for the title of world's smallest dog for Guinness World Records in 2007, but lost out to an even smaller pooch (I didn't know they came any teensier!). This lil guy was only five inches high and 18 ounces, but his small stature didn't stop him as Dancer often spread his love as a certified member of Caring Canines Therapy Dogs located near his Florida home.

First there was Heart-kun, a Chihuahua puppy born with a heart shaped marker on his coat and then there was Valentine, a piglet with unique heart markings that was born in the UK. Which one is cuter? You decide?
