Women Get Colourful on National TV Awards Red Carpet
The red carpet at this evening's National Television Awards was covered in gorgeous gals in colourful dresses. Fearne Cotton and Kym Marsh followed the purple trend we saw at the Golden Globes, while Cheryl Cole shimmered in silver. Myleene Klass was pretty in pink and Katie Price went for a multicoloured concoction.
Katia and Heidi Have Been Evicted From Celebrity Big Brother!
Katia Ivanova and Heidi Fleiss have been evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house! They were nominated by their fellow housemates alongside Lady Sovereign, and received the most public votes. They both left last night to boos from the crowd, and Katia was evicted first with 44% of the total vote, while Heidi received 28.6%.

The first nominations of Celebrity Big Brother were made by the housemates yesterday morning. New housemate Ivana Trump, who entered the house on Friday night, was not eligible to nominate or be nominated. The three unlucky housemates up for the first eviction are Lady Sovereign, Katia and Heidi Fleiss, but who do you think is going to go?

Ivana Trump was the brand new celeb entering the Celebrity Big Brother house last night as the 12th contestant. She surprised the rest of the housemates by showing up during Sisqo's magic routine as part of the evening's entertainment!
Ivana chatted to Davina McCall before the show and promised she'd be telling all about her experience in the house with a book, at 60 years old, Ivana was once an Olympic skiier, and married ex-hubby Donald Trump in 1977 before they divorced in 1992.

The final series of Celebrity Big Brother on Channel 4 kicks off tonight, with a whole host of stars confining themselves to the house for the next few weeks for our viewing pleasure. Peter's On Slippery Ground as Katie Preps Alex For CBB
Peter Andre held onto his pals as he walked over ice outside his Brighton home on his way to a performance in Birmingham over the weekend, while Katie Price posed with her KP Equestrian range at The London International Horse Show at Olympia with Alex Reid in tow. Although Kate dumped Alex live on TV and insists they're now just friends, it looks like they could be back together and she's reportedly prepping him for his upcoming appearance on Celebrity Big Brother in the New Year, for which he is reportedly being paid £150,000. Kate's apparently given Alex a list of topics he can't talk about, including her divorce from Peter, while the divorced couple have apparently called a truce over Christmas for the sake of the kids.
Biggest Headline of 2009: RIP Jade Goody
Jade Goody died tragically young in March of this year, having been diagnosed with cervical cancer in August 2008. She was given the diagnosis while appearing on India's version of Big Brother and immediately returned home to receive treatment. Her life became even more difficult when boyfriend Jack Tweed was sentenced to 18 months in prison in September of that year for assaulting a 16-year-old with a golf club.

2009 was another bumper year for reality TV shows. We saw members of the public shoot to fame thanks to living in a house, proving us Brits have talent, and by singing their hearts out. Then there were those shows which made fools and heroes of celebs trying out new things, on the dance floor, in the jungle, and on ice.
BB10 Winner Sophie Reade's Back to Baring Her Body
Big Brother 10 winner Sophie Reade returned to her glamour modelling roots as she stripped down to her underwear and wore a Halloween-appropriate devil outfit to launch the new Ann Summers flagship store on London's Oxford Street. She reportedly beat off competition from her fellow BB10 housemate Noirin Kelly to become the face and body of the brand.
