- Kate Moss is trying to get a legal injunction to stop Pete Doherty from using their "raunchy" home videos in a TV special that a British channel is paying him $1 million to put together. The program is called "Kate and Pete: A Love Story" and it sounds like we're not the only ones happy that love story is over.

Throughout December you've been voting for your favourites of the year and I've been announcing the winners, and now it's time for the final award: favourite British male of 2008.
There are lots of great guys in this category, so I struggled to narrow down the choice to ten. Most of the finalists received a similar number of votes, but one edged in to the lead to be crowned winner: James McAvoy.

Welcome back to the results portion of the Sugar Awards where we've asked you to vote on the best of the best in 2008. The tally's are in and it looks like you and I agree that Harajuku Lovers by Gwen Stefani takes the prize for most awesome celebrity scent of the year. It won by a landslide with second place scoring a triple tie between Christina Aguilera's Inspire, Paris Hilton's Fairy Dust and Kate Moss's Velvet Hour.
