I keep myself physically fit because I want to... it's a lifestyle choice and many of my favorite activities involve running around. My boyfriend doesn't lead the same lifestyle, which is fine by me...

I know a lot of women have an issue with body image, and many of these women let their insecurities get into their relationships.
I have been dating my boyfriend for over a year now, and although we have been intimate with each other, I am still insecure about my body. I have never been the "skinny" girl, but lately, I feel like I have been letting myself go more than I should be.

So lately, I've been faced with a number of issues that would only occur at this stage in life. I'm a quarter of century and my body is changing, my brain is changing and my general approach to life, health and fitness have changed. My parents have also decided after 34 years of marriage to take a break.

Weight-y Issues
Leave Jessica Simpson alone! At least, that’s what her baby sister is asking. On her own personal blog, the new mommy hit back at critics of her BIG sis, who was photographed looking plumper than ever at the 99.9 Country Radio event in Pembroke Pines, Florida last weekend.

Is every individual allegedly such a fat, boisterous pig that the end result is to bully you into joining a gym? Is this an inhumane approach on tough love or what?

I'm trying to get in the battlefield mindset. This weekend is my younger sister's bridal shower. I'm very excited because I'm her maid of honor and I've planned every last detail of this shower; hopefully it is going to be a fun time for her and our guests.

Hello ladies! I recently got out of an emotionally abusive relationship, and it feels like massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Unfortunatly, I know this is going to stay with me longer than I want it to (my wake up call was when someone at work got me a soda without my asking and I was so thankful I almost started to cry). My question is thus: When I do meet someone else, how do I explain this situation? I don't want to scare away anyone, as the crazy girl with trust issues, but I feel like it would be unfair to not say anything.
