It started at German Bakery where I picked up Rohan. No, actually it started the night before when I said I was planning to take off to Lonavla the next day, alone if I had to, and this boy I'd met recently, showed some enthusiasm. The plan took off at that point and we managed to leave the next day around noon.

Nate Archibald, the prep-school poster boy of all things physically right about American youth today, has a terrible father but a family legacy that keeps him afloat in Gossip Girl limos and designer cardigans. Last we saw Nate, he was headed to Columbia University, but not before he and Blair broke up at the prom and he headed off to Europe on a backpacking trip with his former flame Vanessa. Nate Archibald’s real-life counterpart, on the other hand, has an extremely supportive father—and mother for that matter, who during this interview was helping her son move from the apartment he shared with Gossip Girl co-star Ed Westwick to his own two-bedroom in Manhattan’s Financial District—but the 24-year-old actor had no Hollywood legacy to help him coast into the loafers of one of teenage fandom’s dreamiest heartthrobs.

· On a bustling sidewalk in the Dominican neighborhood of New York City's Washington Heights, Carmen Calderon reaches over a folding table to wave a pamphlet at a sandwich delivery man, shouting in Spanish, "You know your rights as a worker?" The man smiles and keeps biking.
But in the course of an afternoon Calderon manages to lure others and deliver her message, part of a new effort by New York State's Labor Department to combat wage theft among this city's enormous immigrant workforce.

I keep myself physically fit because I want to... it's a lifestyle choice and many of my favorite activities involve running around. My boyfriend doesn't lead the same lifestyle, which is fine by me...

LAST summer, Lisa Clark, a management consultant from Los Angeles, spent about three weeks in Europe, touring Scotland by car, spending a weekend in Paris and biking in Tuscany. MILLVILLE - Tony Carpanzano will never forget the first day of live racing at New Jersey Motorsports Park.
The 54-year-old New Milford, Conn., resident won the first-ever race, the Eastern Motor Racing Association Open Wheel S2000, at the newest road course in the world.
"It's the inaugural race for this course and that's probably the most exciting part," Carpanzano said.
