Okay, while I'm not a strict vegetarian I like to eat only free-range meat, and I tend to avoid animal fashions like leather and fur, and I'm very strongly against cruelty to animals, but...
I found a beautiful cream-colored rabbit's fur coat at a garage sale for $2. Yes, absolutely gorgeous, perfect condition, genuine rabbit fur coat for TWO DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!

Although I do not play a lot of (okay, I play none) sports myself, I know that Fair Trade Sports' equipment would sure have been nice when I was younger, since my brother went through quite a few conventional balls every year. Fair Trade Sports is run by Teamsugar user FairTradeSports. The company offers fair-trade sports balls and other equipment (like frisbees and water bottles) as well as sweatshop-free athletic clothing.

Ice climbing is a lot like rock climbing - Instead of grabbing on to cracks and rock ledges with your hands, you dig tools into ice and frozen waterfalls that have formed over the rock.
Obviously, you'll need to love being in the cold if you want to learn to ice climb. Don't go out and buy all the expensive equipment to ice climb just yet.
