Sex is everything. To go beyond sugarcoating the issue, wether it be in relationships, advertisement, media, and the like, sex is everything and everywhere. Wether it be part of an innuendo, a sub-context, flat out blatant in your face, or anything between, it's undeniable that sex is an integral part in not only our culture, but our everyday life.

Couples should consider sleeping apart for the good of their health and relationship, say experts.
Sleep specialist Dr Neil Stanley told the British Science Festival how bed sharing can cause rows over snoring and duvet-hogging and robs precious sleep.
One study found that, on average, couples suffered 50% more sleep disturbances if they shared a bed.
Dr Stanley, who sleeps separately from his wife, points out that historically we were never meant to share our beds.

I’m not good with reviews so I won’t even attempt to make one. A friend of mine who attended the screening has agreed to write a review and share it with us. As soon as she’s done writing one I will re-post it here for everyone to read.

Dear Fit,
The holidays are fast approaching, and I wish I loved this time of year but I'm already stressed out about hosting Thanksgiving dinner, what to get for my picky in-laws, and dealing with traveling. I've heard yoga can help people relax, so I wanted to give it a try. A friend of mine says that she does a short session in the morning every day, including sun salutations (whatever those are), and a sequence of standing and seated yoga poses.

Hi,
Wondering if anyone can share ideas on this.
A guy used to tell my friends he was interested until finally I met him through a mutual friend. He paid alot of attention to me, flirted alot. Somehow within a few weeks we got drunk one night and he slept with me (no sex).

Does the thought have you reaching for your sandwich, while blushing with shame?
Lunchtime sex is something you should try at least once. Because if you've tried it once, I promise you, you'll want to try it again.

Ok, so when my last relationship ended six years ago, he didn't just leave me, he left town that night and I didn't hear from him ever again. After that I swore I wasn't going to get emotionally or sexually involved with anyone until I found the guy/girl I wanted to be with forever. Then two years later I got raped by someone I'd known and trusted for years; kinda messed up my goals.
