Don’t you ever sit in the library and think, “This is alright, but what we really need are some books about plastic surgery for kids.” No? Odd. I’m pretty sure most of us have come upon this common problem: how do we explain our new breasts, our oddly arched eyebrows, or our creaseless faces to our four-year-olds?

38 year-old actress and mother Cate Blanchett doesn’t mince words when it comes to explaining how she feels about her fellow thespians and others who undergo plastic surgery. She says that she doesn’t find it attractive when people get work done and that their motivation is “self obsession” and “fear.”
The 38-year-old actress - who recently gave birth to her third child with husband Andrew Upton - hates the idea of plastic surgery, and is happy to have some lines on her face.
She said: “For me, I think what will be sexy in 50 years time will be wrinkles.

It’s not often that something good can come out of a death, particularly a death of someone young and healthy who was taken unexpectedly. So I’m really happy to hear that Donda West’s death has led to a change in law for plastic surgery, making it safer for patients.
In California, the death of Donda West, 58, in November prompted two lawmakers to push for additional patient safety protections.

July 15, 2008 -- Nestle Prepared Foods Company is recalling nearly 200,000 pounds of frozen stuffed chicken sandwiches that may contain pieces of plastic.
Nestle has received two consumer reports of injuries from the product, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

The 55-year-old ‘X Factor’ judge – who has admitted to spending around
$600,000 on cosmetic improvements – was named the Queen of the Nip and Tuck
in a poll of 3,000 women for TV station FX Channel.
She beat 62-year-old actress Helen Mirren, who is rumored to have had a
subtle facelift, into second place.
A spokesman for FX, who show hit plastic surgery drama ‘Nip/Tuck’, said:
“Both look fantastic.”
Sharon – who is married to rock legend Ozzy Osbourne – recently said she
regrets have so much plastic surgery and vowed never to go under the knife
again.
