**Be good to yourself if you’re not ovulating**
When ovulation stops (with the menopause), hormonal changes can affect your libido. But even if you're in the mood, sex may be physically impossible if you lack natural lubrication (due to lack of oestrogen). Experiment with the many lubricants available and encourage your partner to make these a part of your warm-up routine.

If you are hoping for a little bundle of joy in nine months, the iOvulate calculator is an interesting software tool for aiding in pregnancy, and well, is just plain entertaining. This calculator will help you determine which days you are more fertile so you can achieve pregnancy, based on calculations of your menstrual cycles. Yeah, sorry guys, this one is for the ladies...but I dare you to download it and see what your IT guy says when he sees it on your dashboard.

When it comes to men and sex, I’ve noticed that special requests usually come along the lines of an instant upgrade: if I’m giving a hand job, they ask for a blow job, and if I’m giving a blow job, well, why not full-on sex? That’s simple enough for me to handle if it makes sexy time shine.

Does the thought have you reaching for your sandwich, while blushing with shame?
Lunchtime sex is something you should try at least once. Because if you've tried it once, I promise you, you'll want to try it again.

Wonderful partner, gorgeous baby and a fantastic sex life may seem like the ideal dream but is it realistic?
Sleepless nights and your partner’s body insecurities after child birth may not be the best recipe for a fantastic sex life. If you are both content with sex not being on the agenda for a while then that’s fine but if it’s causing frustration within your relationship then it’s important to try to improve it.

Everything you needed to know about sex during pregnancy, but were too embarrassed to ask…
Naturally sex is going to be different now you’re expecting. Should I be doing it at all? Will it hurt?
