Because The Twilight Saga: New Moon is probably the most highly anticipated movie of the year, fervent fans – whether on Team Edward or Team Jacob – are practically salivating at the prospect of seeing their favorite heartthrobs on the big screen once the movie opens Nov. 20. And since PEOPLE has gotten an early look at the film, now we can report on the top five aspects to New Moon that fans can eagerly anticipate.

In the contest between Twilight heartthrobs Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, it's clear where Taylor Swift's loyalty is. The singer, who has been spending quality time recently with Launter (who plays Jacob Black in the film series) tells CMT Radio's Cody Alan she's definitely on "team Jake." When asked about rumors that the pair, who attended a hockey game together in L.A.

Baxter the Therapy Dog, a San-Diego-area Chow/Lab mix who spent years providing care and comfort to humans at the end of life, died last Friday at the age of 19.After a puppyhood of abuse, Baxter grew up to become a certified therapy dog with Therapy Dogs International, and enjoyed fame and fans worldwide for his years of volunteer work at San Diego Hospice, where he spent time cuddling, licking faces, and providing smiles for people in hospice care. He even became the subject of an award-winning book: "Moments with Baxter: Comfort and Love From the World's Best Therapy Dog."

WASHINGTON – The Democrats' control of a hefty majority in the Senate — plus the House — would suggest that President Barack Obama is within reach of overhauling the nation's health care system this fall.
But the numbers mask a more complicated reality: Obama and Democratic leaders have modest leverage over several pivotal Senate Democrats who are more concerned about their next election or feel they have little to lose by opposing their party's hierarchy.
One is still smarting from being forced to abandon next year's election.

WASHINGTON – The Treasury Department on Thursday is expected to order seven companies that have not paid back last year's government bailouts to halve their top executives' average compensation.
The cuts apply to the 25 highest-paid executives at banks and other companies that received the most assistance, with salaries being slashed by as much as 90 percent, according to a person familiar with the matter.
Kenneth Feinberg, the special master at Treasury appointed to handle compensation issues as part of the government's $700 billion financial bailout package, is making the pay decisions.

My biggest pet peeve is when my friend(s) have a boyfriend/girlfriend and they forget about their friends and then when they break up, they act like nothing has happened and start talking to their friends again.
Don't get me wrong... I have a boyfriend (of 2½ years) and I love spending time with him and I consider him one of my best friends, but I still find time to hang out with my friends, listen to my friend's problems (and tell them the damn truth, because I don't sugarcoat things--I will tell you if that dress makes you look fat), and cancel my plans if my friends need me to be by their side.

Over the last 20 years, the Love Me Tender animal rescue in central Tennessee has rounded up more than 1,000 abandoned dogs. And although most are timid and untrusting, CBS News correspondent Steve Hartman reports, one Rottweiler named Ella was notably different.
