White House's unique trick or treat
*On a more personal note, I know some people that were involved in the White House entertainment. Chicago's Redmoon theater company was hired to provide entertainment on the lawn (the skeleton band and bubble installation amongst others). I've included some pictures at the end of the post.*

So, I hate dressing up for Halloween, and try to avoid it at all costs. However, our neighbor is having a Halloween party this weekend (costume not optional), and we will look like the neighborhood jerks if we don't go. We don't want to spend a lot of money, and it has to be quick/easy. Any suggestions? I was thinking something I could make out of thrift store clothes. If anyone has ideas for both my husband and I, that would be great....and it doesn't have to be a couples costume. What is everyone else dressing up as?Sarah and Todd Palin!

Combined, our outfits cost us $3.99 - a dollar for the thrift store Alaska shirt and the rest for my gun. It was such a fun and cheap costume!! I loved saying Palindromes all night, hehe.
‘Trick r Treat’ Makes its DVD Debut October 6th – FINALLY
I’m excited about this one again, every time I get ready for it they pull it back. But, not this time, hopefully. To refresh your memory this delightful looking movie is called, Trick r Treat.
