One of my favorite eco-friendly products is Mabu cleaning cloths! They are about $3 USD from Amazon online but i buy mine from the local Home Hardware store for about $3 CDN. I use some for doing dishes, wiping counters, cleaning generally - they have so many uses!

I decided to clean out my make up train case which is huge! I tried to look for the expiration dates or this symbol:
Which indicates how many months it should last starting from the first time you use it.
And, tada!

am not sure about you, but every week seems to be cleaning week at my house. I try to do the bedding, the spot behind the toilet, the oven and the outside deck; but things happen, life intervenes and the cleaning jobs get pushed and pushed to the following week.
I am not sure who it was that decided the end of March, first of April was designated as spring cleaning, but ladies..

Grist recently tested 8 different green cleaning products, ranging from pre-mixed to straight baking soda and came up with some interesting results.

i love clean fragrances. i have clean sweet layer, clean, clean fresh laundry, clean shower fresh, and clean warm cotton. i was able to get a couple of these cheaper on ebay.

I have a camel-colored handbag that has gotten quite dingy on the back. There is also a small coffee stain (or something) on one of the corners.
