Many are arguing about the verbage being used with respect to the attack and deaths of those recently at one of our military bases here on American soil, perpetuated by an American on other Americans. While the act is unforgivable, some feel it is important to name it "terrorism" and connect the dots to perhaps others who may seek to cause harm.
I see this act as perhaps a result of a man who may have been mentally ill, afraid to go to the middle east himself, or perhaps was indeed acting as directed from a Muslim extremist.

The War on Terror has arrived in Latin America, and is headed our way.
By Mario Loyola
Ronald Reagan helped to usher in a hopeful wave of democratization in Latin America. In one country after another, multi-party elections ended decades of single-party rule and military dictatorship.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration threw open the curtain on years of Bush-era secrets Monday, revealing anti-terror memos that claimed exceptional search-and-seizure powers and divulging that the CIA destroyed nearly 100 videotapes of interrogations and other treatment of terror suspects.
The Justice Department released nine legal opinions showing that, following the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, the Bush administration determined that certain constitutional rights would not apply during the coming fight.

Last night I saw Planet Terror (it's like the 10th time I've seen it), the second part in the Rodriguez-Tarantino collaboration Grindhouse. Robert Rodriguez wrote and directed this one and it's awesome, just like his other movies.
A small Texas-town is attacked by zombie-like creatures and a group of people that haven't become zombies, among them Cherry Darling(McGowan) and El Wray (Rodríguez), have to save the world from them.

Planet Terror is the other half of the Grindhouse double feature, written and directed by Robert Rodriguez.
It's the story of go-go dancer Cherry Darling (McGowan), and her ex-boyfriend El Wray (Freddy Rodriguez) who are among the survivors battling a town overrun with zombies. The zombies are the result of the release of a chemical weapon gas by immoral scientist Abby (Naveen Andrews) and sadistic Lt.

The massacre at Fort Hood last week is the perfect apotheosis of the liberal victimology described in my book "Guilty: Liberal 'Victims' and Their Assault on America." According to witnesses, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan entered a medical facility at Fort Hood, prayed briefly, then shouted "Allahu akbar" before he began gunning down American troops. Now I don't know which to be more afraid of: Muslims or government-run health care systems.

The only good news out of the Fort Hood massacre is that U.S. electronic surveillance technology was able to pick up Major Hasan's phone calls to an al Qaeda-loving imam in Yemen. The bad news is the people and agencies listening to Hasan didn't know what to do about it.
