Anna Nicole Smith’s mother Virgie Arthur is suing internet gossip site TMZ.com, alleging its bloggers spread lies about her and damaged her chances of landing custody of her granddaughter Dannielynn. Arthur filed a complaint against TMZ.com and three other celebrity bloggers at a Texas state court on Monday. Tony Barretto, a former bodyguard for Britney Spears, filed a declaration in the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline custody battle which alleges "nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab."
Gloria Allred, Barretto's attorney, said in a press conference today that Brit's former hired muscle was prepared to testify under oath today, but that neither the court nor Britney's attorneys chose to cross-examine him. She said his declaration went "unrefuted and unchallenged."
Britney Spears Wants Therapeutic Visitation
TMZ has learned Britney Spears' lawyers will go to court tomorrow and ask Commissioner Scott Gordon to allow Brit "monitored visitation in a therapeutic setting."
TMZ has learned Brit's family and professionals in her life have been planning a "creative way" to get Britney mental help. As TMZ first reported, Britney has some sort of bipolar disorder.
Reese and Ryan -- Legally Single
Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are officially divorced.
TMZ has obtained the final divorce papers officially making it final. Reese initially filed for divorce on November 8, 2006, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason.

TMZ has learned Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her kids.
L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today stating that Kevin Federline, the boys' father, "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court."
