My Superhero: The Tick (Jumping on the Whip/Ima Bandwagon)

A square-jawed, muscular, bright blue figure with antennae sticking up from his head, the Tick is a surreal parody of superheroes. The Tick is high-spirited, frequently obtuse, and prone to quipping odd, dim remarks and "inspirational" speeches filled with bizarre metaphors. His superpowers are nigh-invulnerability, which allows him to crash and bang about without injury; super strength (he can bend a steel girder with ease); and something referred to as "drama power", or basically a tendency for the Tick's powers to increase as the situation becomes more dramatic.
Superhero Movie
Yesterday I saw the movie 'Superhero Movie' written by Craig Mazin (Scary Movie 3, 4). I've seen all parody-moives (scary movie, date movie etc.) and I usually laugh even when they aren't good. They're always so dorky that you have to laugh, but I didn't laugh a single time when I saw 'Superhero Movie'.

Superman and Batman to join forces with Islamic superheroes
Superman, Batman and The Flash could soon be joining forces with The 99, a team of superheroes based on Islamic culture and religion.

The 99, who personify the 99 attributes of Allah, are a creation of Teshkeel Comics in Kuwait, and will soon be appearing in a new mini-series collaborating with Justice League characters from DC comics.
The Kuwaiti comics, which sell about one million copies a year, are already popular in the Middle East with an animated film already commissioned.
