((I know we have a lot of flu posts today but I felt this needed to be passed along. :) I've been sneezing this way for years! My mom teaches Kindergarten and has taught her kids to do it this way for a while too.Soup-tastic Adventures: ugh.

The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) and the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (IDALS) remind Iowans that in addition to protecting their families, friends and neighbors from the spread of the 2009 H1N1 influenza virus, it’s important to remember to protect family pets from the illness, as well. In addition to have the Monday blahs, every single coworker who gets under my skin was extra annoying today. From the obnoxiously loud sneezing girl to my officemate who comes in, stands behind my chair, and stares at my computer screen, every being in my office made me want to pull out my hair.
