Hi! I know I haven't posted anything in awhile, but I have all my documents in a little binder and I'll do my best to pencil in some time in the next handful of days to write another entry. Today I graduated from my smoking cessation support group.I quit Smoking!
Finally, I am able to kick this nasty habit along with saving me some money each week. It has not been that hard because I decided to stop smoking when I had an ear infection. I was down and out for a week, and the last thing I thought about what smoking, it was more like I wish I could breathe. Plus the side effects will be easier to handle because I am still currently sick but am able to get up and move around and do things instead of laying in bed moaning, lol.E-cigs Have Reached the Stars !

An angry anti-smoker in Germany was so peeved when his girlfriend lit up that he emptied a fire extinguisher to put out the cigarette, caking her and their apartment in powder.
'My colleagues said it looked like a bomb had gone off in there,' said a spokesman for police in the western city of Bielefeld, raising concerns about the ability of the German police to tell the difference between charred rubble and flame-retardant powder.
