I apologise if this is not the appropriate place for such a poll but I'm curious as to who does what out there.
Personally, the only hair on my body is on my head! I have been shaved smooth for some 10 -15 years (I suspect that I am one of the older members here but I may be wrong!).

Everywhere I look, I see women who are totally bare "down there". While I admit that I trim and shave parts of it, I did not know if I wanted to go completely bare down there. Waxing was out for me because I know that a layer of skin will be coming off with the hair, so I decided to shave.

Ann Althouse:
Is it wrong for me to wait too long before writing about what the NYT public editor has written about why the NYT took so long to write about the ACORN story?
Somehow I, a lone blogger, feel that it is wrong for me to wait, so how absurd it feels to me that the Times, with all its resources, waited as long as it did.
You can read what the public editor, Clark Hoyt, has to say on the subject here.

Since the dawn of time, women have gone through long, arduous, painful processes for the sake of beauty. But none is more controversial than the bikini wax. Though the results seem cleaner and more sanitary than the alternative, bikini waxes are sort of hazardous.

Not really a news-y piece, but I thought it was worth sharing. This is yet another reason why I'll never get a Brazilian.
All Jennifer (not her real name) wanted was a smooth bikini line.

As if coming forth with an allegation of sexual assault wasn't demeaning enough in many parts of North America, Texas has quietly decided to allow hospitals to charge a fee as high as $1800 to victims for the rape kits used to prove an attack.
Despite Texas' crime victim compensation fund being flush with cash, and most parts of the United States seeking to lessen the stress involved in a sexual assault investigation rather than increase it, Texan women have to hand over a credit card before their investigation can commence - or face debt collectors afterwards.
The office of Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott says the standard practice is for the state to cover the costs of the kit automatically, but "many follow-up or added costs are not covered."
