Sure, practicing yoga is all about health and wellness, but Smart Money knows that it is also booming business. There are some aspects of yoga class that may not be in keeping with the healthy lifestyle you seek — just don't expect your yoga instructor to let you in on them. Here are a few pointers for staying healthy while practicing yoga, and remember that even when taking a fitness class led by an instructor, it's best to think for yourself to figure out what feels right and what practices work best for you.

I have been seeing my boyfriend for around 9 months now, 4 of which have been in a long-distance relationship as I moved away to go to graduate school. He's extremely sweet, thinks I walk on water, and clearly sees our relationship as a long-term experience. But...I have some problems with his past behavior. You see, he told me a couple months after we started dating that he used to smoke pot every day for years, and that he was still doing this when he met me. I'm completely naive when it comes to things like this (I'm kind of a goody-two-shoes, and I like it that way), but he said that he was trying to stop doing it, and I believed him. I found out just before I moved away that, in addition to smoking pot and doing other very dangerous drugs in the past, he also used to sell them. To me, this is completely and utterly WRONG on so many levels. I thought that I could deal with it, and I feel guilty for judging him for things that he's done in the past, but I think that my knowledge of this combined with the geographic distance between us is really hindering my desire to continue with our relationship. I don't want to be intimate with him when I do see him, possibly because I feel like he has exhibited poor moral judgement. And even though he doesn't personally sell drugs anymore, I know that he does tell his friends who to call when they want a fix.
Should I try to make things work out, or should I bail? I think that there are other incompatabilities in what we're looking for in a relationship as well, but this difference in values is the one staring me in the face right now.

I used to want a big wedding but as I have grown older an intimate wedding sounds lovely. The problem is my family is HUGE! My mom is 1of 7 and her siblings have an average of 6 kids each.

Robert is the perfect example of what the media and fame are capable of doing. It’s a huge stroke of luck, brutal and well-aimed that all of a sudden launches you to the highest peak of worldwide attention, away from good and evil. Something very tempting and rare.“I wasn’t expecting having this much success.

Perhaps no other issue Congress deals with touches every American as intimately as health care. Yet a new poll by NPR, the Kaiser Family Foundation, and the Harvard School of Public Health finds that, so far, the public feels profoundly shut out of the current health overhaul debate.
"Most people don't feel that they personally have a voice in this debate," said Mollyann Brodie, director of public opinion and survey research for the Kaiser Family Foundation.

At first, the British were angry at the thought that we Americans were trying to steal bragging rights to Stephen Hawking. He’s British and always has been British, and the Brits are justifiably proud to count among their number someone who at the very least would be in the running as the world’s smartest man.
But pretty quickly, our friends across the Atlantic also began to bristle at the attacks by the American right on their National Health Service.

There are two major psychotic disorders; mood disorders and schizophrenia.
When a person experiences a severe disruption in mood or emotional balance, we call the problem a mood disorder (formerly called an affective disorder). When emotions show an all time low and we lose interest in life, we experience depression.
