I'm fat and insecure - should I break up with my boyfriend?
I'm only 20 years old. Within the last three years, I've gained 40 pounds. I need to lose about 50 pounds to be close to average weight for my height.Why am I feeling so insecure?
My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 8 months. We only see each other on the weekends because he has a full-time job and I am a recent college graduate about to start my career in secondary education. I wish that we saw each other more often, but he's made it pretty clear that seeing each other once or twice a week is "enough" because we're both so busy and we live about 35 minutes away from each other (which I know isn't far).insecure - how do i find professional help?
