Harrison Ford has said that he never tires of playing the iconic Indiana Jones character that made him a household name nearly 20 years ago.
“I never tire of Indy,” the actor said on Entertainment Tonight while talking about the upcoming fourth installment in the series, Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull.
Ford, 65, said the delay in producing a fourth film was due to the length of time it took to find an appropriate script.

Despite an all-star cast and direction by long-time friend Steven Spielberg, George Lucas has some cautionary words for the upcoming return of Indiana Jones. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, will be released on May 22nd, with Harrison Ford back as Dr Jones and Karen Allen returning as love interest Marion Ravenwood, while John Hurt will play her father Abner. Cate Blanchett is also on board as the villainous Agent Irina Spalko, Ray Winstone features as Dr Jones’ rival Mac and young star Shia LaBeouf takes on the role of tearaway Mutt Williams, who rumours suggest could be Dr Jones’ son.

Word on the street is that if there is indeed going to be another Indiana Jones movie, Shia LaBeouf will be taking over the lead role from Harrison Ford.
But Harrison is denying the fact that he's losing the role he made famous in the first place.
He tells Moviefone, No, that's never been the idea.

Despite an intense effort by director Steven Spielberg, the executive producer George Lucas and Paramount Pictures to keep their highly anticipated sequel out of sight, a handful of Web reviewers have already critiqued the new “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.”
The fourth Indiana Jones movie is scheduled to make its debut on Sunday, May 18, at the Cannes Film Festival with an afternoon press screening, and another one at night. On the same day the movie will be screened for the news media and industry insiders at multiple showings in Manhattan and Los Angeles, while other screenings are scheduled around the world. Harrison Ford didn't want to color his hair for the latest Indiana Jones and I say GOOD FOR HIM! There was a bit of a battle, but in the end the grey won.
"There was some early discussion about whether or not that would be a good idea.
