Forty years after the murder of Martin Luther King, the presidential candidacy of Barack Obama has once again led America to search its soul, says Anne Applebaum.
Is Barack Obama a traitor to white America because the preacher in his church - the man who converted him, married him, baptised his children - occasionally reminds his flock that "white folk's greed runs a world in need"?
Or is Obama a traitor to black America because he went to "white" universities and wears nice suits?

Cammie Granato, Geraldine Heaney and Angela James made women's hockey history today becoming the first female players inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame, along with Mario Lemieux, Russian great Igor Larionov and the first French player ever to skate in the NHL, Philippe Bozon.
Canada's Geraldine Haney (often referred to as the female Bobby Orr)
Longtime U.S. hockey boss Art Berglund also entered as a builder, while former referee Juraj Okolicany of Slovakia earned the Paul Loicq Award for his contributions to the game.
