The Absolutely Worst Bill Ever
By Peter Ferrara on 11.11.09 @ 6:08AM
"The Worst Bill Ever." That is the title the always calm and rational Wall Street Journal put on its editorial on November 1 about the government health care takeover bill that passed the House last week on virtually a party line vote, 220-215. But even this label doesn't fully communicate the outright assault on the American people involved in this legislation.

Imagine that every hour you spend on the job makes you fifty dollars richer; two hours, and you're up to three figures; a year of full-time work, and you've got a six-figure salary. Fifty-dollar-an-hour careers net eight times the federal minimum wage. Only five percent of Americans command this kind of money.

Never let it be said that Hugh Hefner’s job, although full of buxom perks, is stress free or without it’s sex-related risks. The now 82 year-old softcore media mogul once faced death in a bizarre sex toy incident, presumably in 1977 when he was 52. His hot but quick-thinking partner saved the day and they probably went on to screw several more times out of sheer gratitude for being alive.
