Heller suggests that women add the following five nutrient-rich foods to their diet to enhance their fertility:
Yams, which are rich in folate, as well as vitamins C and B6. These vegetables contain diosgenin, a substance similar to progesterone, which can help stimulate ovaries to release one or more eggs each month.

Many have speculated that Knox and Vivienne were conceived by in vitro fertilization, because that seems to be all the rage lately and it’s the most obvious explanation when twins and multiples are born to wealthy families. Adding fuel to the fire, US Weekly declared "It was InVitro!"

Nicole Kidman waited 41 years to have a baby and says she truly thought she would never get the chance. But while filming her latest film, Australia, she and six other women involved with the film swam in the waterfalls of Kununurra, Australia, and ended up pregnant.
“I never thought that I would get pregnant and give birth to a child, but it happened on this movie,” Kidman told The Australian Women’s Weekly in an exclusive interview for the magazine’s 75th anniversary edition, released Wednesday.

Wether it be part of an innuendo, a sub-context, flat out blatant in your face, or anything between, it's undeniable that sex is an integral part in not only our culture, but our everyday life.

When I was in college, I read a book that changed my life. It was Susan Brownmiller's tome, Against Our Will: Men, Women, and Rape, which explained rape as an act of power instead of just lust. What I found particularly chilling was the chapter on war -- how rape is used to terrorize a population and destroy the enemy's spirit.
