As you all may know, the earthquake that hit 2 days ago the city of Pisco, in Peru, has left about 500 persons dead, over 1,500 injured and thousands without a home. Pisco is a small fishermen town about 3 1/2 hours from Lima, the capital city. These hard working people have been left homeless and shocked with grief, having to identify their children among the bodies piling up at the Main Plaza.

There was a horrible earthquake in Peru last night. It reached 7.9 in the Richter scale and the city near its epicenter, Pisco, has been nearly destroyed.
