I am not married, but I always hear brides say that their wedding night just flew by. Since the bride and groom are busy meeting and greeting all their guests, plus relishing in their new title as husband and wife, it is no doubt that before they know it, the nights over! I was told by a wedding planner once that the day of your wedding, it's perfectly normal, and you should even expect to have at least three minor hiccups. Since the bride is usually already on edge after yielding off any wedding planning disasters, ladies do tell, did you have any wedding day disasters?

I used to love going to birthday parties when I was young just to see what the party favor was going to be! One thing I never realized was how much time and thought goes into choosing the perfect take away. Well, the same thing holds true for wedding favors.

Most of my life I've often wondered why Thanksgiving seemed to be for many families a trigger word for family dysfuction. Why individuals couldn't just let that disagreement with another family member go for one bloody day and enjoy some good food and conversation with more pleasant family members. I have to keep reminding my self that I'm pragmatic by nature and that is apparently unusual.
