This novel was recommended to me by Feralwoman who has since read it twice. I have been meaning to read it for several months, but had been preoccupied with reading fiction and non-fiction pieces that took place in Morocco in preparation for my travel there.
Upon my return home, I had difficulty in deciding what to read.

Even before Barack Obama was elected to the presidency, Rupert Murdoch had declared war on him via the personalities of Fox News Channel, a subsidiary of Murdoch's media conglomerate, News Corp.
Since Obama's election, the cable channel's hosts and paid analysts have launched a full frontal assault on the president, smearing his nominees, calling him a racist and suggesting that his administration was trying to persuade disabled veterans to off themselves.
Now the fearmongers at Fox are crying foul since the president and his aides declared Fox not to be a news organization.

I found this editorial on the Washington Times web site. Puzzled, since the numbers for approval that I've been seeing from Gallup are more in the high 60 percentages, I went straight to the source - gallup.com.
Unfortunately, I could not find the Gallup Monthly poll, only roundups and averages of daily tracking polls.

Yeah he's here again, the delicious Doctor of whom many of us dream about, but this time he's leaving his alter ego to do the work. David Tennant is going to bring young women in droves to the theatre to watch one of William Shakespeare's most famous "Hamlet" for the Royal Shakespeare Company, next summer in Stratford. The confirmation comes not long after the news that another British hunk will play the same role for London's Donmar Warehouse, directed by Kenneth Branagh, that being hottie Jude Law, 34 years old.
