TV GUIDE says:
"A ribald - and sure to be controversial - animated series about the misadventures of a prepubescent Dubya and his pals Lil Condi, Lil Rummy (voice of Iggy Pop) and Lil Cheney (who doesn't so much speak as growl)."

Stephen Colbert is "green" too, and I love it.
According to treehugger.com, "....Comedy Central is banking on changing that ["silly" environmental discourse] with their newly launched “Address the Mess” campaign. The campaign includes freshly published AddressTheMess.com, a site incorporating eco-themed tidbits from everyone’s favorite “don’t hate me because I’m beautiful, intelligent and utterly absurd” talk show host Stephen Colbert to clips from the raunch-meisters on South Park."

This is a sketch that was on Comedy Central. It's titled Irma Brown's Ass Whoopin' Academy. It's a little politically incorrect.

"The Daily Show" host Jon Stewart pointed out inconsistencies in alternating "Hannity Show" shots of a recent conservative rally on the steps of the Capitol Building. This has led to accusations of Fox News splicing video footage shot at a larger Glenn Beck rally held in Washington two months ago with video shot at last week's rally, thus falsifying footage to make the more recent protest appear bigger than it was.

Finally, we’re starting to see him sweat.
President Barack Obama made his personal icy cool the trademark of his campaign, the tenor of his White House and the hallmark of an early run of successes at home and abroad. CAMP VICTORY, Iraq — It was Sunday night in Baghdad, and President Obama was ordering Gen. Ray Odierno, the commander of the American troops here, to shave Stephen Colbert’s head. (Not to give everything away, but the general is not as brutal with an electric razor as one would expect a bald man to be; Mr. Colbert’s hairdresser, on the other hand, has a merciless streak.)
War, as things go, is a fairly unironic exercise.

Stewart’s most popular videos this week one calls Fox News anchors “extremists” and the other makes fun of Dick Cheney.
So much for speaking truth to power.
No worries, though.

So ... Stephen Colbert doesn't really mean all those wacky liberal-bashing things he says, does he? Comedy Central's The Colbert Report is obviously a parody of a wing-nut right-wing talk show.

I don't know how to BOLD this...basically this is about the importance of the arts in financially insecure times like these...especially how it pertains to the middle of our country.

These are strange times for the arts in the Midwest. In Ohio, the Cleveland Orchestra is cutting concerts.
