Naked Clown Calendar to Benefit MS Research
If the thought of clowns wasn’t already enough to scare the pants off some people, 21 clowns are dropping theirs for a 2009 Naked Clown Calendar.
Graduates of the San Francisco Circus Center’s Clown Conservatory are getting naked for the calendar to help raise money for the Judy Finelli Fund, a non-profit organization that works with the MS Foundation of Florida to do advocacy and research for multiple sclerosis. It also will provide scholarships to people with MS who want to do circus arts.

Twenty- one members of the Clown Conservatory Class of 2008 posed for the 2009 Naked Clown Calendar, which is being sold to raise funds for a teacher who was paralyzed by MS and others afflicted with the disease, the Contra Costa (Calif.) The news that will no doubt have clowns shedding tears was revealed in a poll of youngsters by researchers from the University of Sheffield who were examining how to improve the decor of hospital children's wards. Unfortunately for [VNN] the 100th ARA (Anti Racist Action) clown block came and handed them their asses by making them appear like the asses they were. Alex Linder the founder of VNN and the lead organizer of the rally kicked off events by rushing the clowns in a fit of rage, and was promptly arrested by 4 Knoxville police officers who dropped him to the ground when he resisted and dragged him off past the red shiny shoes of the clowns.
