Here's an article over on BBC about NATO restating their backing for Georgia. Palin said this exact thing in her Charlie Gibson interview (that she would back Georgia's entrance into NATO) and everyone ripped her apart for being a war monger, but now the news of this announcement by NATO themselves of backing Georgia -- I wonder, does this still make what she said "wrong?"
BBC NEWS - Nato restates backing for Georgia
Nato's secretary general has said he hopes for Georgia's "accelerated" integration with Nato, and condemned Russia's conduct in August's conflict.

The Media’s Complicity: Analysis of ACORN Coverage
by Billy Hallowell
The mainstream media were complicit in their coverage of the ACORN scandal. Their behavior was and continues to be an insult to democracy and journalistic responsibility as the Fourth Estate has ignored facts, engaged in one-sided sourcing, and avoided basic and inherently important journalistic questioning.

When protest is uncool, &c.
By Jay Nordlinger
Friends, I hope you had a good Labor Day Weekend, and aren’t too shaken up by the loss of Van Jones to the administration, and to America. And aren’t you excited to hear President Obama address Congress, and the schoolchildren?

Sadly, this makes perfect sense to me.
Well, in a result that he will probably accept as downright apocalyptic for America, The Daily Show's Jon Stewart has been selected, in an online poll conducted by Time Magazine, as America's Most Trusted Newscaster, post-Cronkite. Matched up against Brian Williams, Katie Couric and Charlie Gibson, Stewart prevailed with 44 percent of the vote.

Obama's Ultimate Agenda
By Charles Krauthammer
WASHINGTON -- Five minutes of explanation to James Madison, and he'll have a pretty good idea what a motorcar is (basically a steamboat on wheels; the internal combustion engine might take a few minutes more). Then try to explain to Madison how the Constitution he fathered allows the president to unilaterally guarantee the repair or replacement of every component of millions of such contraptions sol! d in the several states, and you will leave him slack-jawed.

On Theocracy and Double Standards
By David Limbaugh
In the next few weeks, we're going to hear a lot of hot air from Joe Biden as he tries to recapture the spotlight from Sarah Palin. One thing I doubt we'll hear from him is that rare sensible gem he uttered a few years ago about Democrats and people of faith. But he would do well to remember his fleeting words.

Last night Barack was on World News Tonight with Charlie Gibson. Charlie asked him about the accusations that he was "palling around with a known terrorist." This was his response:
"Why don't we just clear it up right now," Obama told ABC News' Charlie Gibson in an exclusive interview for World News.

Alec Baldwin, Right on Taxes
By Mark Goldblatt on 3.6.09 @ 6:06AM
In one of the more ironic interviews in recent memory, Alec Baldwin last week told local cable news host Dominic Carter that Governor David Paterson should keep the current tax incentives for film and television companies that set up shop in New York. "I'm telling you right now," the actor warned, "if these tax breaks are not reinstated into the budget, film production in this town is going to collapse, and television production is going to collapse, and it's all going to go to California."
Currently, film and TV companies get a 30% tax break on production costs for shows shot in New York.
