Public Interest Law Firm Sues Napolitano

The lawsuit claims that DHS policies violate civil liberties. The lawsuit specifically refers to the intelligence assessment report by DHS, titled “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” The report was made public April 7.
