A big yea for dinner last night. On a whim I decided to create a Sesame Chicken Salad for the hubby and I last night.
First off I started with a bottle of A1 Kobe Sesame Teriyaki Steak Sauce.

If you've had a challenging morning at work, a good lunch can certainly lift your spirits and inspire you to carry on. For some, though, the motivation to prepare such a meal is hard to stir up, particularly at times when relaxing is what you want to do.
It's understandable that after a long day at the office, preparing and eating supper and getting things tidied up, the last thing many people want to do is think about what to make for lunch the next day.

Bought a new cookbook today @ Borders. There were about a dozen cookbook titles they had for Buy 1, get one 1/2 off.
The great thing about this collection is how it's split into seasons and then each season has categories for meat, poultry, fish & seafood and meatless.

I was surfing the internet yesterday, looking for great recipes to try out and post, but my attention was immediately caught when I found this article:
Death to Expensive Eating Habits!
Cheaper Meal Planning

Purposeful Shopping
The first step in slashing food dollars is to plan ahead. Most shoppers waste money on impulse buys or last-minute trips to the supermarket for missing ingredients.

It's great to be Monday here! The sun is shining, I'm excited to get to work, and I feel very good about my weekend workout. Last week I took Thurs and Fri off of doing any exercise, or anything at all really besides work and going home and reading a great book I have been reading...Saturday though I got back into the game and did the Jump Away the Jiggle workout again.
